What do upper class women 25-55 need from a social network?

There are a few particularities that a good social network for upper class women 25-55 should have, in my view.

  • Be a safe and private place to meet and exchange:

This means: don’t make this a network that’s open to all and anyone or make all the posts visible to any visitor, simply for page views sake.  This demographic does not wish to have its comments exposed to the world.  They’re past the need for fame or numerous contacts…

  • Have a human side to it:

Give me a face to put on this network, who’s behind it?

  • Provide Service :

Their use of the web is much less leisure oriented ( just as their whole life really!) than men of the same age and social group or young adults.  Basically they have less free time to waste, so offer them useful services, not frivolous content.  Some is not bad, but they’re not going to come back to the site simply to watch the latest silly baby video if that’s what you’re thinking of, Mr VC there.
